• We accept orders by email (please use the “Inquire” feature) or by phone (323-650-4401).
• Artworks are subject to prior sale unless marked “on hold”. We reserve items for up to ten calendar days upon request.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars. A currency converter is provided for the convenience of international clients. Actual exchange rates may vary.
• Preferred payment method is thru PayPal by major credit card. We will email a paypal invoice to buyer incl. shipping/insurance cost and CA sales tax (if applicable).
• Other payment options are personal check or bank wire transfer.

• Items will be shipped after full payment has been received.
• Paintings are normally shipped unstretched.
• Cost of shipping and mandatory full value transport insurance is in addition to the sale price. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Cost for “extraordinary” packaging, such as crating of large or heavy items, is the responsibility of the buyer.
• International shipping: Any customs or import duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Limited Return Policy:
We do our utmost to photograph items in detail and point out cracks, repairs, etc.
If an item was not described accurately, the buyer may notify us of his intent to return for a refund within five calendar days after receipt of the item. The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. Cost of return shipping and full value transport insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Aboriginal paintings are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and in most cases by photograph(s) of the artist with the painting.
• We try our best to accurately depict colors in our photographs. However, slight deviations may occur.
